The organization must keep on improving its proficiencies, whilst at the same time, developing and realizing all of its potencies.

 

4. SYNERGY

Synergy ensures effectiveness, efficiency, and optimation of the organization’s resources.

The synergy (end-results) of all efforts of the organization must be systematically and periodically reviewed, monitored, adjusted, and improved to bring the organization closer and closer to its desired end-state.
